SAMPLE FIVE DAY retreat:

Day One:
Relax and unwind at Gypsy Canyon. Try a mezcal hibiscus twist or a mango margarita in our open-air lounge. After sunset, delight in a 3 course Farm-To-Table dinner al fresco with noteworthy Napa transplant, Chef Jeanna De Marco. All ingredients are sourced from local organic farms including Jeanna's personal garden. Enjoy beer, mixed drinks or some of our favorite wines from Northern Baja.

Day Two:
Mexican Breakfast in our Palapa Kitchen. Ride over to Punta Lobos and hike to a private cove with epic views. Maybe even spot a whale or two. Continue to El Faro, a beach club with a beautiful infinity pool and swim up bar. Enjoy lunch and some relaxation at El Faro before heading to dinner in downtown Todos Santos.

Day Three:
Mexican Breakfast in our Palapa Kitchen. Start your morning with a yoga class at Gypsy Canyon or head to Cerritos for a surf lesson. Those who don't want to surf at Cerritos can also go to enjoy a mellow walk on the beach. For lunch, head to Hierbabuena where you'll sample more delicious farm-to-table fare in a garden surrounded by flowers, palm groves and fresh vegetables. Return to Gypsy Canyon for some down time in the afternoon, followed by a tacos and a well-deserved apres-surf campfire.

Day Four:
Mexican Breakfast in our Palapa Kitchen. Head into town to check out some of the shops and galleries. After town, enjoy a ride to a private beach destination where a custom lounge tent is ready for your enjoyment. Dine on fresh buddha salads and mexi-thai wraps while basking in the sunshine. Splash in the waves, read a book or hop onto one of the massage tables where an on- site therapist will work out any remaining kinks that haven't been taken care of by the tequila.

Day Five:
Mexican Breakfast in our palapa kitchen OR option to try Baja Beans local roastery and cafe for scones and cappuccino on the way to the airport (time permitted).
